What This Site Collects

When you join the list, the form collects your email address, your name if you give it, what you're interested in if you choose to say, and the page you signed up from. Nothing else is collected through the forms.

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or social media pixels.

Who Processes It

Form submissions are delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, which forwards them to me by email. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

How It Is Used

Your email address is used to send you the free guide, occasional updates and new writing, and notice when the practice opens, and to reply to you. You can unsubscribe at any time. It is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing.

Health Information

Please do not send health information through this site. The forms are not a secure or confidential channel, and submitting them does not create a clinician-patient relationship.

Removing Your Information

Reply to any email you receive from me and ask to be removed, and your information will be deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
